Any nationality can apply, if you have QID.

Documents needed to change sponsorship as per new Qatar Govt. instructions-2021 

  1.  NOC
  2. contract copy
  3. Resignation letter with sign and stamp
  4. If terminated, then also can apply with documents   


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS  

1. I have finished my 2 years contract, still I need NOC to change sponsorship?

Ans. If you finished your contract period then need contract copy, resignation letter with sign and stamp  but NOC is always preferable.

2. Anyone under Khadama visa can change to company?

Ans. If you have all documents specially NOC, you can apply to change

3. If my QID is cancelled, can I apply to change company?

Ans. No, you must re-activate your QID first first , then you can apply to change company/sponsorship. To re active your QID, u can visit Industrial area Labor dept office.

4. What documents need to apply for sponsorship change?

Ans.  The below documents need- 

  1.  QID ( expired no problem)
  2. Resignation letter with sign and stamp
  3. contract copy if NOC not available
  4. new company offer letter
  5. and application form

5. If I have run way case, can I apply for changing employer?

Ans. Yes, you can apply but after approval from ADLSA, you must visit CID office to clear this case otherwise your changing sponsorship will not be successful
